Windows laptop management

See every Windows laptop on one screen: who has it, whether it is healthy, whether it is set up safely. Push a setting once and see which laptops applied it.

See the Windows fleet

Live inventory, health and telemetry for every enrolled Windows laptop. Select a laptop to review its hardware, local users, reported settings and recent activity.

Apply seven categories of settings

Apply a setting to one Windows laptop or the whole organisation. Each laptop reports back whether it applied the change, so you have per-device confirmation instead of a guess.

  • Disk encryption (BitLocker)
  • Firewall
  • USB storage
  • Antivirus built into Windows
  • Screen lock
  • Windows updates
  • Printing

Run twelve continuous checks

Each enrolled Windows laptop reports twelve defined checks, mapped to CIS, NIST SP 800-171, SOC 2 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 controls. Evidence instead of spreadsheets, and a list of the laptops that need attention.

  • Firewall
  • Disk encryption
  • Antivirus real-time protection
  • Secure Boot
  • Windows updates
  • Account lockout
  • Screen lock
  • Remote Desktop policy
  • SMB1 disabled
  • Guest account disabled
  • Credential Guard
  • Audit policy

Enroll, help and remove from one console

Everything IT does to a laptop happens from the same screen, and every action lands in the admin log.

  • Enrol by email invitation
  • Suspend, re-enable or offboard a device
  • Lock the screen remotely
  • Restart remotely
  • Reset the password of the local Windows account IT keeps for break-glass use (employees never use it)
  • Enforce password policy on that local account
  • Take over the screen with keyboard and mouse
  • Remove a device’s access in one click

Platforms today

  • Today: Windows laptops are fully managed, and passwordless sign-in works on Windows and at the Mac lock screen. Management for Mac, Ubuntu, Android and iOS is in development.
  • The admin console is a web console, opened in the browser on an enrolled Windows or Mac computer.
  • The iPhone and Android apps approve employee sign-in. Employees need a phone with a fingerprint or face sensor. CyberCyko does not manage the phone.
  • Remote lock locks the screen. It does not erase the laptop.
  • We make sure the antivirus built into Windows is on and configured. We are not an antivirus product and we do not replace it.
