Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about going passwordless with Cybercyko. Can’t find your answer? Get in touch.

What is Cybercyko?

Cybercyko is a passwordless, zero-trust identity platform. It replaces passwords with strong, device-bound identity across three layers — your workforce, your workloads, and the hardware they run on — covering desktop login, single sign-on (SSO), and endpoint management.

How does passwordless login work?

Employees authenticate with a simple tap on their mobile device using biometrics or a device PIN. Their credential is a Verifiable Credential stored securely in a mobile wallet — there is no password to type, remember, reset, or steal.

Is it actually more secure than passwords or MFA?

Yes. Passwords are the most breached credential in the world — phished, reused, and leaked. Cybercyko removes them from the attack surface entirely and anchors trust to the user, their device, and a hardware root of trust, so there is no shared secret to steal. It is built on proven standards including FIDO2 and WebAuthn.

Which platforms do you support?

Cybercyko covers passwordless Windows desktop login, single sign-on for your existing apps (SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect), and endpoint management — all from one centralized console.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing is per device — you pay for the devices you enroll. One workspace tier scales with your fleet, and you can upgrade to Enterprise when you need SSO, SCIM provisioning, custom DPAs, or volume pricing. See the Plans & pricing page for current rates.

Do I need a sales call to get started?

No. You can start self-serve from the pricing page — checkout, provisioning, and enrollment happen in minutes. A sales call is only needed for larger fleets or custom enterprise terms.

What do you offer for enterprises?

Enterprise plans add SSO and SCIM provisioning with your identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, Google), dedicated onboarding with a solutions engineer, custom terms (MSA, DPA, security questionnaires, SLAs), and volume pricing at 100+ devices. Reach out via “Talk to sales”.

What happens if an employee loses their device?

Access can be disabled instantly and devices locked remotely from the centralized console, with tamper-proof audit trails. Because there is no password, there is nothing for an attacker to reuse.

Where is our data stored, and are you compliant?

Cybercyko is built and headquartered in India and is designed for regulated industries, aligned with the IT Act 2000 and the DPDP Act 2023. Deployments can keep credentials within your own infrastructure — your keys never leave your control.
