How billing works

Pay for each enrolled device

Billed per enrolled device, not per person. Someone with a laptop and a desktop counts as two devices. Everyone who uses those devices is included, so if three people share one enrolled machine, that is one device.

Up to 10 devices are free for the first year. At 11 devices or more, all enrolled devices are billed.

What runs where, today

Today: Windows laptops are fully managed, and passwordless sign-in works on Windows and at the Mac lock screen. Management for Mac, Ubuntu, Android and iOS is in development. The admin console is a web console, opened in the browser on an enrolled Windows or Mac computer.

Where we are not cheaper

You already pay for an office-software bundle that includes laptop management. Then your extra spend is sign-in only, and a typical $6 per user is close to our $6 per device.
Most of your people have two devices. We bill per device, not per person.
